I don't think being a minority makes you a victim of anything except numbers. The only things I can think of that are truly discriminatory are things like the United Negro College Fund, Jet Magazine, Black Entertainment Television, and Miss Black America. Try to have things like the UnitedCaucasianCollege Fund, Cloud Magazine, White Entertainment Television, or Miss White America; and see what happens...Jesse Jackson will be knocking down your door.
Guns do not make you a killer. I think killing makes you a killer. You can kill someone with a baseball bat or a car, but no one is trying to ban you from driving to the ball game.

We did not go to the aid of certain foreign countries and risk our lives in wars to defend their freedoms, so that decades later they could come over here and tell us our constitution is a living document; and open to their interpretations.

How Government Contractors Work
Three contractors are bidding to fix the White House fence. One from New Jersey, another from Tennessee and the third, Florida.
They go with a White House official to examine the fence.
The Florida contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil. "Well," he says. "I figure the job will run about $900: $400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The Tennessee contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The New Jersey contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers: "$2,700.
The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"
"Easy," the Jerseyian explains, "$1,000 for you, $1,000 for me and we hire the guy from Tennessee."

As we have found, FCUSA has evolved greatly since we old-timers came on the scene. We started as a process to get paid for the fraud injustice, and evolved into an organization of like minded people who are poised to enhance humanity and Mother Earth. Wow, what a growth!
Due to the immensity of the goal, and the information sources used, we've also become a very spiritual organization using all the sources of information for the highest good of all, to be carried forward to the many benevolent projects being planned. We have become much more than the single person assistance picture, yet it is by helping the single person that we all grow to help the good.
With that in mind, the challenge is to make it through the trials of each day and week, without the financial dream in place. Because of the world scope of this project, we must just understand that when the time is best for all, the payouts will occur, just as our prayers are answered when God decides. Our hearts hurt with the challenges for some of you, just know that we are doing the best that can be done, and the timing is truly not in our control, but will occur when it is best for all. Credit Restoration Update
We have had excellent results with the Credit Restoration program. Many past dues, judgments and even bankruptcies can often be removed in the first 90 days. The program runs for 9 full months and will continue to attack credit issues for the entire time.

GP Status
Our GP program has REOPENED for the following credit cards: CHASE, CITIBANK, MBNA AND BOA. You may now enter these into our (Guiney Pig - GP) program.
Follow these steps:

'... the most sinister development of all are the so-called 'terminator seeds' that die after a single use and cannot be re-used to produce seeds for the next year's harvest. The United States government has been funding the research since the Reagan-Bush administration in 1983 and, if you didn't know the true motivation, it would seem inexplicable that a government would seek to develop a technology that threats to turn farmers and whole nations into slaves of the seed corporations.
Willard Phelps, a spokesman for the US Department of Agriculture, said the aim was to establish the widest possible use of terminator seeds "to increase the value of proprietary seed owned by US seed companies and to open up new markets in Second and Third World countries". Henry Kissinger's words in the 1970s capture the motivation: "Control the oil and you can control entire continents. Control food and you control people ..."'

Car Jack Tips
NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKINGS
You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into Reverse . When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car. And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!
If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away, remove the paper later and be thankful that you read this.
I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women. A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands. Please keep this going.

BEWARE OF ANOTHER NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.
A woman stopped at a pay-at-the-pump gas station to get gas. Once she filled her gas tank and after paying at the pump and starting to leave, the voice of the attendant inside came over the speaker.. He told her that something happened with her card and that she needed to come inside to pay. The lady was confused because the transaction showed complete and approved. She relayed that to him and was getting ready to leave but the attendant, once again, urged her to come in to pay or there'd be trouble. She proceeded to go inside and started arguing with the attendant about his threat. He told her to calm down and listen carefully:
He said that while she was pumping gas, a guy slipped into the back seat of her car on the other side and the attendant had already called the police.

Section 948c of 10 U.S.C., as added by the Act, states, "Any alien unlawful enemy combatant is subject to trial by military commission under this chapter" - with "alien" defined in section 948a(3) as "a person who is not a citizen of the United States". The Act does not specify any provisions for trying unlawful enemy combatants who may be American citizens. There is disagreement over whether the Act's provisions could be applied to them as well since 10 U.S.C. sec. 948c does not expressly exclude the possibility.
