GP MISSION

The GP program is the way to inform the Federal Trade Commission in bundles of 40 accounts/account holders per complaint that we are FED UP with the theft of our financial security and peace of mind. We are FED UP with being drained dry by unsecured debt that has become such a monster, it threatens our homes, transportation and ability to even find a job. We are FED UP with Collectors that take us to corrupt courts and win judgments against us that take more than the total of the debt, when they paid pennies on the dollar purchasing the credit card debt illegally.
Federal Trade Commission (or FTC) is an independent agency of the United States government, established in 1914 by the Federal Trade Commission Act. Its principal mission is the promotion of consumer protection and the elimination and prevention of anticompetitive business practices. The Federal Trade Commission Act was one of President Wilson's major acts against trusts. Trusts and trust-busting were significant political concerns during the Progressive Era. Since its inception the FTC has enforced the provisions of the Clayton Act, a key antitrust statute, as well as the provisions of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. 40 et seq. Over time, the FTC has been delegated the enforcement of additional business regulation statutes and has promulgated a number of regulations (codified in Title 16 of the Code of Federal Regulations). Through this complaint process, my intention is that when enough complaints are received, the FTC will be forced to act. In my opinion, you, in opting into the GP program, are a part of a movement for change, a plea for correction and elimination of the attacks our country and the world are under by a monetary system that is out of control and taking away our quality of life and freedom.
There is the possibility of monetary compensation from the banks with an FTC award, however, this is not our goal. Our vision is to make things right, force the Credit Reporting agencies to comply with their requirements, and set things right.
We cannot promise what the outcome will be, I just feel deeply, this is the only way that has presented itself to us to file a formal complaint against your aggressors, banks, credit card companies, collectors and credit bureaus. We all know we have no chance to do that in our courts. Rosetta |
