Freedom Club USA has found a unique method to legally convert any IRS demand, possible tax claim, bills and outstanding debts into an award for you without court action.  This award has value by which you can satisfy any possible tax claims, bills or outstanding debts.  This step is administrative only with no attempt to collect from the respondent.  Your actual claim is then submitted through the financial system with our proprietary method for payment as an award to you.  Your award has value and is sufficient exchange to pay any demand by the IRS for the apparent outstanding debt plus an excess to use as desired (help the homeless, food programs, orphans. veterans, etc.).
