Freedom Club USA is a Private, Members Only organization with high standards and strict contractual Member responsibility. Members who have violated these contractual conditions are first warned then terminated if problems continue.  The FCUSA philosophy goes beyond seeking retribution for illegal bank loans and seeks the truth in all aspects of life.

We look for the win-win in all our programs with members, banks and all our activities.   The vast majority of our members give accolades to us and about 5-10 have chosen a different path.  They represent about .003 or our membership while the 99.7% strongly support and encourage our progress and mission “Freedom Club USA is here to guide each of our members to an abundant life and attract financial, health, emotional and spiritual freedoms - enough to be able to give freely and help others through inner awakening.”

FCUSA has encompassed multiple proprietary breakthroughs in our 7 year history and have watched each of the “beat or cheat the system” programs collapse one after another.   We began and continue with a different approach of working with the system by providing a win for the members, the system and the club.  When all win humanity wins.

Our members have created over 100 benevolent categories to help humanity world wide with our funding.  All members also can share, at no upfront cost, our stress reduction program and counseling with weekly live and taped calls.  Every member also has a personal consultant to assist them with any questions with two compassionate directors to back them up.  We also hold live Q&A phone sessions weekly to resolve any questions.

The journey to “cracking the bank code” has eluded even the most brilliant minds since the creation of the Federal Reserve System in 1913.  Each of these pioneers obtained a small piece of the puzzle, but they were not able to bring together the entire picture.  FCUSA understands it is more than tricky mechanical maneuvers to bring funds to members.  It takes a complete knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the US bankruptcy, the commercial world, the internet, the computer, Black’s Law, government, legal system, court system (how it really works), jurisdiction, foreign trade, taxation, insurance, banking rules, the Federal Reserve, the Treasury, credits versus dollars, negotiable instruments, Admiralty law, rules of bankruptcy, etc.

Then one must learn how to apply one’s own history to have status, engage with many government and banking agencies, create a legal remedy and a few other proprietary aspects just to cash the first remedy. Following this, it is vital to teach members how to protect their large awards both with asset protection and awakening the prosperity aspects within themselves or most would become “lottery winners” and be broke within a couple years.

There has never been a roadmap for this journey, thus clearing the way has been a grueling, uphill climb.  Most who have tried have lost with their first step of filing their UCC statements with the Secretary of State. This is why FCUSA has developed its proprietary method to properly control this aspect as we have done for each of the items mentioned above.

FCUSA has great empathy for those who have or are losing their homes, cars and livelihood and this is what has prompted our founder’s great work ethic to complete the task no one has.  We provide no dates for funding as unraveling this mystery has no guidebook other than the one we are writing. 

We respect everyone’s right to freedom of speech, however, it also comes with an equal measure of responsibility for discovering the truth.  Our continuous growing membership is only for truth seekers – those who come from greed or lack integrity will be disappointed.

One of our members wanted to share his perspective regarding some of the erroneous comments about FCUSA from a naysayer or two who choose to flood the scam sites with their personal unresolved issues directed at the club.  Yes, there are just a very few who use different names to give the appearance of many.  Here's what he posted on their site and shared with us...

"I like all these "BRAVE" souls who always sign "Anonymous". I believe it's the same disgruntled person posting all of these comments as he/she comes up with a new spin. I have never been involved with a more benevolent, heart-centered group of people who are trying to make a difference in many peoples lives. Yes it hasn't "funded" yet, but we the members are kept informed at every turn and every new wrinkle the "club" has to power through. Its easy to see the anger in these comments, like a baby throwing a temper-tandrum because he didn't get it his way and right now. Grow up. There is nothing in this world that will be the same shortly if you have been paying attention at all. No I suspect you have not since all you do is scream foul and run around in circles trying to win others over with your defeatist attitude.

"The attitude of people in general are changing in America, and I'm sure your going to find someone (other than yourself) to blame because its easier than going the distance. Either you're part of the solution as they say or you're part of the problem. You my friend are the problem, not Freedom Club, not Tom and Judi and Joanne but you. Instead of working with this new and extremely difficult process with the group, you run and cry foul so as to gain attention. And just because it hasn't funded in your time frame you want everyone to be unhappy with you. Folks, check for yourselves, do your own due-dillegence, get to know this club and those that have labored behind the scenes for a few years now to bring about change that no-one else has been able to accomplish. There is a new energy upon the planet that will usher in not only these remedies but much more than you can even imagine. Which team are you going to play on. The one that sits around and whines continually or the one that continually moves forward towards their prospective goal. I choose the later. There is a lot of positive energy around this group and club, and I'm glad to be a part of history in the making."

Thank you for your comments. Life’s challenges are provided to each of us to grow. The dark system has played games (and still are) with all of humanity for thousands of years.  FCUSA did not create your lifelong problems nor the worlds, yet we are here to aid the awakening of all who listen. How are you awakening to your own lifelong challenges so you may provide a solution and grow? 

FCUSA has persevered despite naysayers and now is rapidly advancing its position with the system to accomplish its destiny.  Just as we have our responsibilities, so too do our members and ambassadors.  Every promotion and incentive past and current is provided with our current level of knowledge and designed to benefit those who produce results by sharing this information with one and all.  Those who succeed are well rewarded.

Each turn in the road provides yet another path to find or mountain to climb, each unknown until one advances to discover it.  One can only see so far and make the best decision on that basis… as we have done.  Unraveling layers and layers of the most innermost secrets of the system and then providing solutions to the masses has never been done… yet we are doing it.  Are you discovering your innermost challenges, hurts and pain, then finding resolution?

FCUSA Members,

FCUSA provides you a broad range of information via our extensive website and numerous live calls plus Referrers and Consultants to address your information needs.  Behind all this is an incredible research team unravelling the deeply coded inner workings of the financial system.  The reason others have failed in their attempts to secure funds from the system is because they have tried to "beat or cheat" the system.  Although often well intentioned, the system is much too ingrained to allow this and those attempting this "beat or cheat" method either fail or find their work reversed soon after or they are imprisoned.

The FCUSA story from day one was to work within the system by deciphering each step and following the intricate trail thru the system.  This we are doing while creating a win-win relationship with the financial system.  All procedures, methods or strategies we have observed by others, approach the financial system as an outsider and fail.  This is due to the fact they are an outsider and have no right to participate with a closed system nor use processes delegated ONLY to insiders within the system.  Just as you cannot expect a paycheck from General Motors unless you have a contract with them stating the terms, one cannot expect to receive a paycheck (funding) from the system unless you have an agreement with them. 

FCUSA does.  In fact, we have several agreements within the system with a variety of organizations who comprise the financial system which has taken years to establish.

Any third parties who attempt to circumvent these methods using forms, procedures or methods exclusive for the financial system are violating various laws and eventually are dealt with accordingly. 

Occasionally we are approached by vendors who appear to offer useful strategies in asset protection or entity creation.  Often on the surface they appear to provide good legal and ethical solutions for members and are allowed to present themselves on member calls.  During our very busy times, it is not always possible to fully scrutinize each vendor and all their programs or history and a later check proves they do not meet our standards of ethics, legality, integrity, reputation, support or other qualifications.  When we make these discoveries, we take action to alert our members and sever our relationships with such vendors.

Recently two vendors were removed from our list of potential vendors and within our contract rights, one was also removed as a member and advised to cease using any reference to FCUSA and his status as a (former) member.  There has never been any contractual agreements with these two vendors (neither written, verbal or implied) and neither is approved by FCUSA.

Should any member choose to work with these or any vendors outside the realm of FCUSA, it is of course their prerogative.  Should any member have spent money or provided documents or contracted for services, it is also your prerogative to request the return of items desired and ending any contracts should that be your desire.   As always, do your own due diligence.

To assist our members (and non-members) in making optimal decisions in your financial, health and personal live, may I suggest learning "Muscle Testing".  This method allows you to test for any aspect of your life and discover truth and what decisions are for YOUR highest good.  We use this daily within the club and will be pre-screening all prospective vendors as well.
